Its incredibly hard to get homes in Germany. 1 Unit Electric in Germany 36 rupees, UAE/India around 6 rupees If you have good job/business in Dubai, its heaven.

AT 5:00, When he says "Coming from Delhi its very hard to adjust to Ireland's weather", she corrects telling "As a nation", but it's not entirely as a nation and cannot be generalized as India has every kind of geographical conditions. I come from western ghats region in South India, and it rains throughout here in Chikmagalur, Coorg, Munnar, Ooty, Kodaikanal, etc exactly close to Ireland's weather.

Regarding Health Insurance: You have a family doctor who takes care of your overall health by regular checkups, but for that you have to get registered to the nearest doctor. And regarding emergencies, you can anytime go to the emergency section of the nearest hospital. Regarding education: I did my master studies tension free flexibly because of no tuition fees. Professors ensure good quality education is delivered to students. Students usually fail a lot and are treated as completely normal because they believe in quality results unlike in other countries where you get passed because of the university's reputation. You have never discussed problems in Dubai like LGBTQ legalisation, citizenship issues. When your children will grow up, they won't be able to open up to you as they could have been in European countries. Dubai is nothing but just an advanced India. Regarding house help: Don't hype it too much as a pro, you get to learn live on your own, not to be relied upon by others. You can easily automate your daily tasks with tech equipment. This is what European countries are known for having fair pay for everyone. So, please try to have an unbiased interview whenever possible.
Regarding worklife: You are given one month paid vacation. You are not asked to work beyond work hours. Weekends are for your life. This is the country where personal life comes first . Here picking your kids from kindergarten/school during your work hours/ work meetings is completely acceptable and no one stops you. Because the CEO of the company also has been through this phase and they encourage these things. Small things make a big difference.

They have said everything wrong about Germany because I have been living in Germany for 33 years and I have never had any such problems.
