Yeah sounds impossible, yet with Maria Luisa Clare, I've come to the conclusion that financially anything is possible. I got my self my dream car 🚗 just last weekend and a whooping $320k in savings already, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in debt then told me about her and how to change my life through her. Maria L Clare is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good wife, and a beautiful daughter. Note!:: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!
I can't help but comment. I so laughed when you were handling the giblits. I do the same technique roasting off wings and veg and I add the giblits, touching them as little as possible. Yeah, I would never be able to eat them on their own, but they do add flavour to the gravy.
Oh the joys of cooking Christmas dinner without the cooker. 😂. Sous vide turkey, beef, gammon, following up with the air fryer spuds. Tempted to light the BBQ to cook it but would probably be frowned upon in winter. . Happy Christmas to you all
I use my Instant Pot on the pressure cooker setting. I prefer to use an entire chicken carcass and as many air-fried wings as I can squeeze in. I also allow them to cool a bit so I can pull them apart to expose the tendons. And then I pressure cook it for three hours on high before straining and reducing by 75%.
"I'm literally using old ass mushrooms". You are definitely in contention for my favorite youtube chefs, ... and I hardly know you. Hell, how many chefs make you laugh out loud in their videos?
I see recipes more like this quote from the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie, "The code is more what you'd call 'guidelines' than actual rules.” As long as you're following food safety rules, you can do what you want and try stuff out to find variations that work for you. Like Poppy's Christmas dauphinoise from her last video!
Chicken Bistro best is great but I do make it with less water add chicken bits from the pan and top it with some veggie water, in a pan on the hob. So quick and easy!
If the gravy and roast potatoes are right then the whole Christmas dinner will be perfect. This looks delicious.
STRONG AGREE
I'm feeling really motivated.
Could you share some details about the bi-weekly topic you brought up?

Wow 😱 I know her too!
Miss Maria Luisa Clare is a remarkable individual whom has brought immense positivity and inspiration into my life.
I got started with a miserly $1500. The results have been mind blowing I must say TBH!!
Nice. I will make this. Cheers from Bulgaria. Love how youtube is expanding my culinary skills.
Seems like a bloody good gravy to me! Good job, I'm hungry now.

You are such an amazing young lady... love your videos
Having yummo duck for Xmas dinner. I’m going to give this gravy a go!

using a stock to make a stock! like it :)
Amazing as always
Made mine on Saturday... Similar rexipe from another tv chef... added a star anise... Is always extremly handy...
I use an Instant Pot on Slow Cooker Low setting and let it run for 18 hours or so to get all the flavor out.

That looks good, the only problem being that was a lot of work for a one person serving of gravy. 😂
Nice gravy recipe! I usually cut the turkey wings off day before and roast them with the neck, saves me having to buy loads of chicken wings!
How much gravy does this make? This looks incredible...just want to make sure I make enough!!

Instead of alchohol we can use wine? 😂
😂
In the video she said you can.👍

Gravy in a beautiful gravy boat? LFG 👏🏽
Would a splash of ale work?
It's my go to on a slow cooked stew.
Looks fab - think I’d need to do this 12 times for the big day though as we consume gravy by the litre in our house 😂
Love your video's, just found you. Is there any chance of you showing how to do a nice cauliflower cheese please ? 🍽😋👌
I USE BEEF OR CHICKEN STOCK WHEN I MAKE MY GRAVY AND I LIKE MY GRAVY NICE AND THICK.
How many servings does this make Poppy?
Cant believe you only made one portion of gravy from that entire roasting tray
Gravy making seems to be a lost art in the U.S.!
US gravy ain’t gravy!!
Lost Art in the U.K. too.
mmmmm...... gravy
I love me some gravy
I have no fear of gizzard!
That gravy looks absolutely filthy. Definitely gonna have a crack at that, thanks Poppy.
Turkeys always used to include the giblets but nowadays a lot of people have a turkey crown which doesn't. What about using a tub of chicken livers?🤔
Hob? Is that your stove top?
Deer Satan, can i please have Poppy in my xmas stocking....
🙂😋😋😋❤
