I think besides God this is the man I want to meet in heaven. I want to tell him how his teaching (one) from this series helped me understand what repentance is. I’m so grateful I found this man or I’m glad God lead me here.
Coming to the end of the series now, and am just blown away at the revelations with in this series. Thank you so much for sharing this man's Holy Spirit led words. Dear Derek Prince may you be in the arms of Jesus just as our Hope declares it.
I got a lot out of the sermon about repentance. It’s what helped me understand what it really means finally. I cried tears of joy every time God gave me more wisdom. It was God himself literally showing me what Prince was saying. All my life I feel God was leading me to that moment a couple nites ago.
I thank the Lord Jesus for gifting this man with knowledge and wisdom of the Word of God to teach us deeper meanings. I will visit with Derek Prince one day in heaven. Praise God.
I praise and thank the Lord that though Brother Prince is already with the Lord in heaven, his teachings are still being used by the Lord to instruct and guide us through his scholarly teaching of God's Word. I am personally blessed and instructed by his messages. May the Lord bless and give strength and protect all the staff involved in the Derek Prince Ministry, for God's glory.
'Tough subjects' your kidding right? I don't want to sound harsh but these are the basic principles of the doctrines of Christ - the milk of the Word. Reference Hebrews 5:11 - 6:2 "11 Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil." 6:1-2 "Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the (the aforementioned MILK OF THE WORD) foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment." Then again understanding of these only comes from His Spirit leading and guiding us in truth so we won't understand these things apart from Him...
List of raptures & Resurrections: 1. The rapture of Enoch (Genesis 5v24 + Hebrews 11v5-6) 2. The rapture of Elijah (2 Kings 2v11) 3. The resurrection of Jesus (First) (Matthew 27v52-54) 4. The resurrection & rapture of the saints (after His resurrection) (Hosea 6v2 + Matthew 27v52-54) 5. The resurrection & rapture of the church (1 Thessalonians 4v16-17 & Rev 4v1 / 7v9) 6. The resurrection & rapture of the two witnesses (Rev 11v11-12) 7. The rapture of the 144000 (Rev 14v3) 8. The resurrection of those who were beheaded (Rev 20v4) and the ingathering of the elect from the four corners of the earth (Mark 13v26-27 & Matthew 24) (It is a type of rapture - like Philip in Acts 8) 9. Did I miss 2 Thessalonians 2 in this list? 2 Thess. 2-5 "1Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?"
Been in these dire straights myself. Jesus will hear your plea for help. He will come unto you and give you peace and deliverance. Stay strong in your faith and don't lose hope. We are all members of the body of christ supporting and helping each other empowered by God's love. Prayers going up for you. Brothers by the shed blood of Jesus.
@louis wall God wouldn't have given you the dream job if He didn't think you were capable of handling it. This will help. Old testament, Jeremiah 33:3. God says, call unto Me and I will answer you, and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know. If the devil tries to convince you otherwise, tell him to go back to hell where he came from. Jesus has got this. Be strong and confident my friend.
Oh yeah, pray that prayer from Jeremiah with all sincerity and be open to receiving, then hang on. You'll have solutions before any problems arise. I'm genuinely excited for you. Out of the valley you will rise. Amen.
So if at resurrection the Spirit have dominion over our body and soul then what we currently have with the help of Holy Spirit according to Rom 8:9 is an example of what is to come at resurrection.
Dogs have surrounded me , This statement has always bothered me , WHO was David revealing as dogs , It's interesting to do a study on the word description dogs , I recommend it , because a lot of things are clarified , when we see , through God's eyes , Thank God for This ministry . ❤
I do hope that the story of Lazarus and the rich man is not literal because if the righteous and the unrighteous can see each other in heaven or being tormented, it will be agony to see our unbelieving loved ones suffering.
I am ashamed that I have been a “soul ish” christian for half of my life. I was like the field where thistles and thorns grew with much loss, trauma, abuse , CPTSD. So many horrid decisions that will probably effected my children for the rest of their life’s. It is not enough to repent if you have stopped praying ( barely did anyway and rarely read my bible . So grateful to this amazing servant of the Lord. I don’t think I will have the privilege of meeting him with the rest of the saints.
What makes you think you will not be able to meet him? It is not down to your righteousness but the lord's. Your test is obedience to the end of your days
You will if you continue to live for God , if you repented sincerely he forgives you,start today reading and praying, God will take care of your family 🙏
trinity as a church doctrine is in direct opposition to scripture: Isaiah 9:6 "For a child is born to us, A son is given to us; And the government Is upon His shoulder; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace." the Son is the Eternal Father, the Son is the Wonderful Counselor. "trinity doctrine of the church is the father is not the son, the son is not the father, the son is not the spirit, the spirit is not the father. church doctrine says they are three separate personalities that make up one god"... HOWEVER scripture indicates ONE GOD who is FATHER SON and SPIRIT - the Father of Eternity the SPIRIT who seeks those to worship Him in Spirit and Truth became a Son by being born of a virgin to make being born again of His Spirit possible for those who would turn to Him in repentance, faith, and obedience exchanging their carnal hearts and ways for His Heart and Way by His Spirit to walk with Him.
In typing out the above I highlight the fact that so many 'pastors', 'teachers', and whatever clergy who or whatever title they want to bestow upon themselves constantly spew 'teaching' 'facts' or any speaking of great and swelling words speak of things in ways that are clearly contradictory to scripture though they sound 'nice' even 'logical' but in examining scripture, ALL of it not just a selection of passages taken out of context the things they attest wash out as a great deal of garbage. They say and teach things they shouldn't and gender much strife and confusion.
@orangeclawhammer777 Amen. You are exactly correct. It can be so hard for many today to understand that there was no Man Jesus before the baby in Bethlehem. The Word )Logos) existed with God from eternity, but not yet the Man. This One had to be tested and proven before God could give Him "all authority in heaven and on earth." And even now, "God is Spirit", and Jesus, who is seated at God's right hand, is "flesh and bone", a "Life -giving spirit", and the "Firstborn from the dead." Hebrews 1: God calls Jesus His Son and He calls Him God. Genius 1:1 Elohim (God)means the plurality of one. My index finger is one and three parts. All parts are one and separate. They have separate jobs but work in unity.

50:30 - Christ vindicated by the Father through the spirit. Jesus was vindicated because he was innocent.
