@@KyLeo_RenReasons why I do: 1. I asked 4ist what his is, he said 105 so I tried that because his chasing looked amazing to me. 2. Perfect middle ground between PvP and Lowfly and I've tried FOV all across the spectrum, I even had FOV higher than you can have ingame through the config 3. Doesn't stretch your image at all, so your brain can much more accuratly get distances between ships and other things right. It can go up to a bit more than 107 before it begins to stretch if I remember correctly, I find you can see the image stretch on the joystick your pilot holds with the right hand. However to each their own, I can really understand why people choose higher FOV especially for Lowflying. I just like 105 a lot
@@KyLeo_Ren In most shots I put in the videos I'm as close as you can be without touching so it's not like FOV is gonna make it seem any closer for that matter. I also use no motion blur and stuff like that. A very big factor is also how much you know/feel comfortoable with the person flying in front of you. In most shots it's either D4rk, Sinzy, Ryu, Tomulu, Boltok, Gilga and of course Papillon with his Herald and other great pilots. I have a good amount of flight hours with them so I already know their flight styles and the way they do rolls and stuff so it's easier to dodge. That is also a big fact to be ready on the brake when sniffing. It's just a way different flight style than leading, that is also why leading feels really weird to me because I much prefer chasing
