Stan Bowles Testimonial: Funny stories and auction highlights!

A wonderful day spent with many ex- players (Not just QPR) and friends beginning with lunch in the West 12 Restaurant at Loftus Road hosted by Robert Elms with some guest speakers such as Gerry Francis, John Hollins,, followed by an auction manned by Barry Silkman who did a fantastic job. Many other members of the 70s squad were also there. A shame we lost 0-1 but that did not ruin the day by any means. Highlight of day must have been Stan dancing at half time to Thin Lizzy's The Boys are back in town. He looked so happy. The day ended at Chiswick Cricket Club with Family and Friends. He just didn't want to leave!
