- Come and make art with me ⋒ Today's mindful art journaling is focused on gratitude. We are going to think about all those little everyday joys and show them some loving and thankfulness.
Gratitude is an amazing tool when it comes to shifting out of a lower vibe / or waves of depression - which I have been experiencing a lot of lately. So I wanted to share this exercise with you.
Let's slow down and get thankful.

My mental health has been so rocky lately, and i’ve been finding everything pointless and kind of meaningless but just watching this has helped me so much, thank you 🧡 i’ll be coming back to this when I feel up to actually carrying out this exercise 🤞🏽
+Jasmine Camille hey Jasmine 💛 I’m so sorry to hear you’ve been feeling this way. And I totally understand this feeling because I’ve felt it too. It’s not a nice place to be in. Reach out to your support people and let them know what’s going on. Journal it out. Find one thing that you enjoy today that you can do. I was just feeling sad so I put on some new warm fluffy socks and it made me kind of feel better 💛 find those small things. sending you so much love, hope and light.
