Through my experiences as a foreigner, I see that Lithuania is between Russia and Europe. If we talk about the architectural aspect, we will see that it is a Stalinist architect, as we have here in Russia, Moscow in particular, and some other buildings that look like Europe. I love you Lithuania from an Algerian citizen
