Andaman and Nicobar , both groups of the island have their own different characteristics. Andaman word is referred as angamania, which means naked people. Most of the Ancient travellers gave different names to this island like Arab travellers used the term Lakhabalus or Najabalus, which means Nicobar as historian says and the Indians used the term kaala paani - black water regarding this island.
The islands offer an interesting mixture of history, nature and adventure. From the white sand beaches to the crystal clear water, the chaste beauty of the islands creates a rather romantic atmosphere. These islands are a perfect escape from the mundane life
