You re not selfish... you open those packs for us...Magic!! I really appreciate it Man!!Delightful channel you create!!cheers
That is an amazing find. It’s awesome to open something that was sealed over seventy years ago
Who doesn’t love NOS Jeep parts. Opening a 60-80 year old part is really satisfying, thinking about how it has traveled so many years just to make it to my garage to be hung on my M38 or MB….
Well done for opening the boxes.
Quite something to unpack those things for the first time, exactly how the troops would have seen them. What a time capsule.
L'excitation de la découverte ! Instant magique ! Le papier se déchire et là, sous nos yeux, un fragment du passé, fragment préservé, rejoint le présent. Mille mercis pour cette belle découverte partagée !
Je comprends pas tout :(
Thanks for letting us share the excitement Matt. It's almost better than Christmas! You can't beat stepping back in time......
Rare experience but very enjoyable!
Best content from Europe
Well thanks ;)
This was great, and an awesome reference. Thanks for documenting it! I loved all the Manuel jokes.
In the US, we have hose clamps just like the 'Jubilee' clamp. We call them 'Ideal' clamps, or 'Gold Seal' clamps.
Solid gold. The fording video clip is an M38a1 just like mine. Great video!
Thanks Ben
i am working on getting a ''junk mb 1942 .youtube got me into ''dirt bikes, and willys mb . been in ''boats . love your channel and this
episode is wonderful . thank you .
A very very good Xmas present. Yep open and use it
Early automotive water pumps did indeed need to be greased. Similar to marine applications where you grease the propellor shaft seal.
What a great video! ... The Manuel is amazing cant waif to see some close up pics! ..
Will scan it all in!
@@Greendot319 Awesome!!!
Great video!
Keeping the box and whatever inserts intact is just as good as it being unopened. You’re right about not keeping those packages untouched as those parts are ruined and non-serviceable.
I’ve got a similar pair of Henkels scissors!
Greetings from Holland see hi to Manuel haha
I saw the title and want to know if the unopened box weights as much as a bowling ball and has the same balance. My humor is from the gallows and yes a bowling ball can be sent through the mail.
Merci beaucoup à toi, pour cette découverte partagée de ces pièces ww2 !
You are more thank welcome
@@Greendot319
thank you, keep it up.
I can't wait to see if you can find the other packages to complete the 'water proofing' kits. Good luck.
Thanks Dale I have the other box, just give it a few months
I'm glad the Manuel was written in English and not Spanish and not packed in Barcelona in 1952,...que !!!!!
Get yourself a proper pocket knife. Great video seeing it all for first time.
I’d say open now stuff. You’re right. Even if the no’s parts stay in mint condition (which they won’t) the machines that they are put on won’t. If you’re not going to use it you may as well donate it to a museum. Also I’m an American and what is holy pants?
Hey Matt, was there anything in that manual about grill exiting exhausts ( front drivers side under marker light) ?
Are you able,to...Scan those Manuals and upload'em as pdf?
Your so right...
Open up the "SH-T"...lololol
Sorry for my French...lol
I've collected for over 50 years and had hundreds of things in "mint" unopened packages...
But wheather it's vehicle parts ... motorcycle parts...or bayonets or guns...
After awhile they will all vertually start to break down...
Even though parts were rechecked and regreased...they will all break down...
The grease can also take the original beautiful finish off of things...
So just open them...lololol
I've restored jeeps...HD WLA's...and even an M4 Sherman Tank...lololol
We won't live for ever...so enjoy it now... especially before our kids throw it away...lololol 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I want to buy this pocket.. How can I import it and how much does it cost?
Old water pumps had a cup on them you packed with grease and screwed down
Manuel is the French spelling of manual. Does this suggest a French connection?
Just a spelling mistake this time lol!
