I can see a multitude of ways out of this situation such as simply mining through the bone blocks to get back down, Building a spawning platform and trading for the items, killing yourself and coming back since it ain’t hardcore, cheating since you clearly didn’t naturally get infinite night vision. I also like to point out that you have obsidian and no diamond pick but maybe you got the obsidian somewhere else… alongside the ancient debris

You can save yourself Because you have a lot of blocks to respawn a pigman, to get gold nuggets and make gold out of them, on the platform you should respawn pigments that will give you opsidian
I found an unfinished portal when I came across a similar situation, placed the missing block, lit it, and continued my journey . I wonder if it was this yours. 🤔
Go to neatherwaste and build a small size zombie pigman farm and collect the gold and go to crimson forest biome and build a platform for pigling to spawn and trap him and trade the gold untill you get obsidian and make make a platform for the ghast to spawn(near portal) so it is easy for ghast to hit you and place your oak plank near fire and lead the fire to the portal so it can ignite the portal
walk to a bomoim that can spawn piglins then place some of that dirt kill some for gold then trade the gold with other piglins then get obsidian and a flame charge then build the portal
easy way, get your position, fall damage to die, the region will unload, so, the itens will stay in the ground, get the stuff to finish the portal, return to the position, get your stuff and DON'T FORGET ENDER CHEST, OBISIDIAN AND THE F* FLINT AND STEEL! lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
you need 10 obsidians 3 on sides, parallel, 2 block distance between them, and 2 on tops, parallel too, 3 block distance between them, in order to work 3 x 2 + 2 x 2 = 6 + 4 = 10
