I wont say engine performance is much better but its enough for its class. Also Punch just glide through bad paches easily compare to exter. I am sharing my experience after 1 year of usage. I even dragged until 167 KMPH.. it would have pushed even more on highway. Even at that speed it was much stable.. ❤❤

Sales of i10 NIOS, i20, altroz & tiago comparatively less in july month. exter in top 25. Fronx in top 15. it might be possible in future micro suv segment will replace hatchbacks.
We need the latest Punch AMT and the latest Exter automatic transmission. The Punch will beat Exter in every single aspect hands down, especially safety and security. This I'm saying after having experienced the top variant of both the cars. In terms of safety, Punch completely outshines Exter. You wouldn't even know if the engine is on when the car isn't moving. Doesn't make any sound at all. The Punch is great for off-roading. The Punch genuinely punches above its weight.

Automatic brakes are always higher as compare to manual.. 2nd thing. Hyundai's brakes are much responsive as compared to Maruti Tata.. for some people its disadvantage some people feel advantage
If highway drives are must have better buy from a segment above like Nexon or Brezza. These are small suv and most people will use 95% within city and light steering and smooth engine becomes a boon. Hyundai Amt is far better than amt in Punch. Loha kahridna hai toh tractor hi le lo.
Exter lacks in build quality maybe (no rating yet..so) and rear suspension a bit. But before talking about punch...look at Maruti sales..not all people want that much safety.
Exter is better than Punch for long life engine but Exter low ground clearance and tyre size is small that the problem..for safety i just warn a drivers ,,drive slow with a limit and drive safe that's all no one can safe from death when it come
Please drive the extra above 90 then you will come to know about the steering feedback. 40 maine kaha patha chale ga.. extra is much better than punch..
Exter has done 500kms and still the plastic wrappings are on 😜😜. Sitting on a plastic wrapped seat how can you comment on seat comfort? Even the infotainment system plastic wrap is on 😂😂😂. Anyways I felt Exter is better than Punch!!
Punch is far better than Exter ..When it comes to steering handling on high speed and honestly i don't have any issue while driving punch in city . I'm used to it ...may be because I'm tough guy, not thin like Shivam 😂 . I'm 20000% satisfied with PUNCH ❤ and I'm quite worried for exter owners ...Rear suspension is totally sh*t 😂😂 in exter
