When I was at my highest weight (287.9 lbs) I was so incredibly depressed, and angry at the world. Currently 224 and still losing. Seeing this, I understand to some degree how easy it is to simply lose yourself in the food, because the quick gratification often feels better in the short term than looking at yourself and finally realizing that a change needs to happen. I feel sorry for them both, and hope one day soon before it's too late they finally have their realizations and make the changes necessary. Honestly, I'd be far more invested in seeing Niko transform himself and lose the weight than I am periodically checking in to see if him and his guests are still alive. I hope you read this Niko! Just know that a lot of people want the best for you, and want to see you succeed in bettering yourself, because watching you slowly killing yourself is truly devastating.

I started losing weight after stumbling upon one of your videos 2 years ago. I was around 330, back pain had become a norm, coming up the stairs I was winded near the top, ate probably 7 to 8 thousand calories a day, today Im down 107 lbs and I’m still going down, thank you for helping me better myself as a man

I love how this guy motivates me during my exercise,when i feel i cant do more pushups, i just think of him and remember that i dont wanna be like him at all and i can do this.
Anytime my leg burns when I’m running around in thigh deep snow for an hour or two I just remember I need the exercise. And anytime I’m having an issue with my BED I try to remember this guy. I refuse to get as bad as this

@@This_account_never_existed that is so defeatist and wrong. it takes time if you have the weight to lose, and you owe it to yourself to persevere until you get to where you want to be. regular cardio and educate yourself on nutrition. that's all you need. that and a strong, positive mental approach.

With each passing bite, his stomach pain increased. He began to cry. In a split moment of clarity, he seemed to hear himself play the violin. He took another bite. The life he chose was irreversible for him ...he just had to take another bite. Suddenly, a sharp pain gets him to scream. He drops from the chair...sweating and coughing , the camera shakes and falls on the table. He can't get up. He knows he won't get up. In agony , he is no longer in that room. He is in a garden, dressed in white. His body felt so light...in the distance, a boy plays violin. He is skinny, healthy, dressed just in white, playing the violin. Tears roll in his eyes. But they are tears of joy. He gets closer to the boy...and, he sees his own face.. just 4 years ago...he follows the boy and then all of a sudden, the light gets brighter and brighter. He is no more. He had become one with the air, the earth ,the flowers.
