Thank you! 🙏🏽 Slept to this last night. It was one of the best nights rest I have had in ten nights, according to my sleep app. I suffer from chronic insomnia and have been diagnosed with sleep deprivation. We need sleep to function properly and it’s my biggest struggle.

I am 71 years old. I asked a question in a video of 8hours like this one. As I mean to use it for sleeping I would like to know if I can leave the screen black because brightness in the bedroom while sleeping is not good.( according to the doctors)

If it bothers you,turn down brightness or cover with a cloth.
