Writing was the true winner here, though! You guys should check out Talaash. Some cool insight into grief, humans and the underbelly of Mumbai.

When I saw this movie, I loved it but couldn't help but notice a slight parallel to Drishyam. You've already reacted to that so it's not a spoiler any more but (spoilers follow): Drishyam's big twist hinges on the fact that the boy dies on Oct 2nd, the family constructs the alibi a day later, and then the protagonist revisits the witnesses and subtly puts the idea in their heads that they last met on Oct 2nd. not Oct 3rd. Here, the guy dies on the 9th, and the suspects construct their alibi on the 10th, and the twist is the body that turns up did in fact die on the 10th. Somewhere along the story, I knew there had to be a reason why her alibi is working and it had to do with the date - and I pieced it right as the movie revealed it. Felt very satisfying!
The teacher presented himself as mentaly unstable while co fessing the murder so that he is not punished with death penalty and instead with life imprisonment so that he can continue his mathematics research
There are some more movies i would like to recommend you they are "Mission mangal", "Super 30" "Padman" "Secret "Superstar" "Son of sardar" "Rakshabandhan"🤔 And if you would like to watch a series or serial then I bet there's nothing better than "Star plus Mahabharata" in india, from the shows i know!! It's the best show!! I also bet that after seeing it u might love to change your perspective of solving problems and live life!!! It will take at least months to finish it! But u can watch it side by side appart from ur main videos!!
