He is using plain vanilla or faithfull 32x32 but he’s using a shader. I think it’s called ‘complimentary’ you’ll find a tutorial for that on yt.

I mainly hang out around revivenodes discord.
Can you do one for bedrock pls
I do want to try it out in the future but i havnt ever used bedrock before

But you can download these “mods” and as plugins
No..
You never had server before did you? Lot's of mods are on net also as datapacks and plugins. For example world edit is mod and also plugin 😊 you just need to search for them lot's of those are premium / paid tho
