you account is probarly made after 2018. Many games have some stupid bugs that happend in 2018 like this one. You would need a account that is made before 2018 or something because you will get error messages shortly after entering mulitplayer. But if you have a Cfw Console you can bypass that by changing your XUID with a Mod Tool or Mod Menu, its time consuming but it works. And Spec Ops still works on new or old account.
The simplicity of the old CODs is really what makes them special.
