Five minutes ago, my mom took my cat to the vet. She told me to say good bye to him. At this moment, I started to remember every memories of my cat since my chilhood to now. He was looking like he was suffering, but at the same time, he looks like he was happy to see me there looking at him and kissing him for the last fucking time of my life. I'm feeling sad, i'm crying rigth now... I knew that he'll die and I was prepared to it... But, I can't stop my tears to fall... It is so weird....

I remember having several mental outbursts of anger and hate. Listening to lofi playlists like this was the only way for me to feel at ease. Now its 2 years later im in university in isolation. My only friends are randoms i met i discord. But i feel i wasting my life in not being productive by always being with them. I uninstalled discord and im entirely alone once again. Back at square one with how i felt in highschool. I somehow brought myself here in search of a mood. When I saw the picture of this thumbnail and listened to the first song. I began to cry as all my memories of highschool flooded back. I still hate highschool like i did back then but oddly enough this playlist somehow makes me miss it. I was crying and feeling alone listening to this back then and im feeling that now. Amazing how my life came full circle back to this video and using lofi as a coping mechanism once again. I must admit i am much better and stronger person than i was in the past. and i really improved after highschool. i just dont think anyone could have been mentally prepared for the affects that Covid_19 and specifically isolation could have brought up us.
As you say yourself, you've become stronger and better than in highschool so if you have 'survived' that, soon you'll look back at the whole pandemic and see improvement. Just hold on and it's okay to be talking with friends ofcourse. We all are social animals and need each other, just make sure to balance everything out. Hope you stay safe and give us an update, okay?

Bad grades in relation to what I usually got, family problems with a narcissistic father, a crush that actually talked to me first but still broke my heart, no person who I could have actually considered a real friend and talked to... I was really at the edge at that time. Today I am done with my bachelor degree and going for my masters with pretty good grades but... in complete isolation. I understand that in highschool atleast I wasn't alone, I value the few chats with people in class so much more now. All I can do is keep going and hope for better days, because they have to come at some point, right? "As long as you are alive, you will have a chance to be happy" as Neon Genesis Evangelion teached us. Stay strong!
Make the best out of your life, you could be in a scary situation at any time. When You get older time flies by. Make the best out of yourself, do what you want not what you are good at. Retiring is honestly probally the saddest emotion, because now you really don't have any reason for life. You just sit there and enjoy the fastest part of your life. This music reminds me.

@@yotaquoia1331 Yo, so the first couple songs were pretty easy to find. After some hardcore digging, I found one of the artists Instagram, and he legit has only 2k followers. I checked his Soundcloud from there and his song wasn't there. Mind you, this happened to about 3 other artists found. The more I search, the more I come to realize, these artists must have taken down their songs and the creator is trying to respect their privacy. What's crazy tho, is that he could literally unprivate it for like a day or post it on some other media. It's unpublished, some of the song titles are on the original video. It just really sucks, I've currently got around 6-8 songs last time I checked from the playlist. It's gotta be somewhere lol.

I’ve been trying to search online trying to find out what happened to VOL. 1 of the sleep tape? I know it was made unavailable a while back, but it was a really good mixtape. It had a really good vibe to it. Hopefully in the future ikigai will make it available again.
