Thank you so much! I am learning Japanese, and your videos are so helpful to me. Thank you for your dedication, and thank you for buying that bag to teach us. 😂😂🤍
A “BRILLIANT” video as usual, Akane! Here in the U.K. at supermarkets, you can get eggs which come in boxes of six, ten, twelve, fifteen and thirty. You can choose the size of the egg as well, e.g. medium or large. Keep up the “GREAT” work!
thank you very much, you cant imagine how heplful your video was, it is fun to watch and also for me to learn something and it is autentic, because you are in a store where I can see how the vegetable is packed and layed out , so its not imaginery but real experience, thank you tousand times. I aprreciate your effort, sometimes I vould prefer to have more than 1 likes to give but we cant. because your really are helpful and also nice to look, very beautiful thank you very much your are uplifting our day, by watching this video
It's fascinating to explore unique practices in Japan through watching your video. Beyond that, your video significantly helps viewers to improve their Japanese language. Thank you very much for your kind and dedicated efforts. By the way, would you please add on Hiragana above Kanji, and move the subtitles to Japanese to the upper part of the screen so that it is separated from the English sub and not being overwritten when we press "PAUSE" mode. Many thanks again for your great contribution to the community of Japanese learners!!! I wish AKANE san good health, a happy life, and successful work!
I resorted to the auto generated Japanese subtitles a lot. All the small words like と で ま あの 結構 よいしょ that are there, and are sounds, are missing from the subtitles provided by you, which confused me. Like at 0:29, I hear と京, my first thought was that is an odd way to pronounce 東京, with the subtitles I can fathom that it might be と今日, and today, but I have to use the auto-generated ones to confirm. Really liked the video! Thank you for the content, great for learning!
Hi Akane, you are a part of my Thursday morning! We have limited vegetables in season. We are like Hokkaido, just turning spring now. I saw some fiddleheads at the store yesterday, which is a fern sprout. they only come in the spring. Steamed with butter is a great way to eat them. I bought some ears of corn, I don't know where they came from. Corn doesn't come until August, but Muff my cat loves the husks. She chews on them and loves it. Thanks for the video and have a great week. 😸🌹
Here in North America, we have "corn on the cob". 穂軸上のトウモロコシ. I eat it with a fork by twisting off the kernels. Also, we have "a dozen" eggs normally. 卵 12 個
Ive just discover your channel and I love it!!! I have been looking for something like this for a while, if you know any other channel w this kind of content I'll very grateful TYSM
Thank you for the super useful video! :) In my country (Israel) eggplant is very common, and one of the more popular dishes is eggplant with tahini. The eggplant is baked or grilled :) We also have a salad of eggplant with mayo.
I like your idea of simply pan-frying eggplants. I do that, too, but, I put them in my curry afterwards. Maybe I'll try pan frying some with olive oil and then eating them with a bit of baguette for a very simple but delicious dish. Maybe I'll add some garlic to that.
There is a beautiful vegetable we grow around the seashore in England, it is called samphire. It tastes salty and has a great crunch but also softness around the edge. I don’t know if they grow it in your country
I live in Egypt. We have a lot of vegetables, but they are not sold individually, but rather by kilograms. As for eggs, they are sold in a box containing 30 eggs. There are also all kinds of meat except pork, and alcohol is not sold here. There are vegetables in Japan that we do not know about, the most important of which are roots. Lotus, as for turnip, has a different shape
Great video! I love seeing videos about everyday life in Japan. Also do you know Ken or Naoko? They are Japanese teachers on RUclips as well. They Are in Okinawa a lot recently. It would be awesome to see a collaboration with you guys in the future 😁
