Great team, thanks for sharing. I catched rank1 charja last season and it performed really well in GL open league. Jelli was also extremely good in a Catch cup as a lead. Love to see them both in the same team. Went 15-0 with it in rank17 today. Literally destroying all meta teams, even versus bad leads

Been using Charjabug a lot this season and the thing is a monster.
Tried this team during/after your stream. Went 8-2 the first two sets and then 4-11 after that. I like the concept but I’m not sure it works consistently.
Is it better to use spark charjabug instead of volt switch charjabug?
Although spark is 0.5 EPT (Energy Per Turn) less than volt switch
Not really, the energy generation is really clutch on charjabug imo
I was thinking maybe toxicroak would be a better safe then vig?

Been using vigoroth for years now. Pretty much anti meta since the start

Unfortunately I don't have a community move charjabug with good pvp ivs, can I swap charjabug for vikavolt with volt switch? It has good ivs
Vikavolt is really bad in great league, it's too frail. Though you'll be able to get a good volt switch charjabug during the all stars cd 👍

Certainly would! I think vigoroth is slightly better cause of counter damage and rock slide coverage, but dubwools spamminess could come in clutch too.
@@ThoTechticalcertainly! Sadly never caught a good Iv vigoroth, so Dubwool is my next best. I do agree, I feel like counter makes vigoroth much more oppressive in type neutral matchups (at least). Haven’t seen many sheep this season (like one or two lol) but an army of monkeys

Gligar, lanturn, pawniard, noctowl, clodsire, Oranguru, Mantine ??? Cmon so many fun things to run in open great and retro cup ur just being a baby, git good
