I've said before and I'll say it again: there was no song he couldn't sing, no music genre that he could not excel at. The man was obviously a consummate guitarist but his voice was an incredible instrument in itself. RIP you beautiful man. We will never forget you, or they way you were.
Glen could sing a song better than most anyone else ,there was no kind of music he couldn’t sing ,just amazing ,he always put so much feeling and emotion in his songs and his voice was beyond beautiful as he was !
I don't think there's a song that man could not sing. He knew how to sing pop and then he could sound real country when he wanted to. Amazing. So humble and he knew his gift came from the Lord. See ya in heaven some day Glen and want to hear you sing again.
I agree with you completely..But I do love my fav female singer Barbra Streisand singing this. She owns this song... ((Also loved the movie with her & Robert Redford.))
I have a beautiful picture of Glenn Campbell holding my first daughter when she was 18 months old. Now Margaret and Glen are in Heaven together. RIP I miss you both.
What a voice......I love his song, Friends. Thank you for all you put in his honor. Glen could never read music, played it by ear. Truly whispered in his heart by God. THANK YOU! I met him in Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh. I have a beautiful picture taken with him..........Pray for Glen and his family. My brother died with Alzheimer's yet I know he lived so well in life. She Miss Him is a good song to reflect on that disease and the other is She's Going to Fly by Collin Raye.....
Like Keith Urban said on “I’ll Be Me”, Glen had a lonesome whine to his voice that transcended everything he sang. Incredible artist. I just wish he would have spent the 70’s without drugs and booze.
I recall this song from way back and Perry Como sang it. My Mum was a big Perry Como fan and l had never heard of Glen Campbell back then, but Glen can sing any song ever written .

Glen can take the most sentimental song & make it real.
He’s an absolute master.
What a beautiful song!!
Glen was one of the best singer and guitarrist in the world! RIP

How can we forget
Ultimately in life we will all finally relate to this beautiful song, it's lyrics... because we each have our own story to tell!

You are blessing me with this selection...........Thank you! I'm always going to be a Campbell Kid....Do you have Friends by Glen?
......are........💋🥇
snow was higher! i was shorter, though.
As far as I'm concerned, Glen was a close second only to Elvis as a singer and performer.
Very good, but Barbra Streisand owns this song...
