HOAs are controlling. Neighborhoods in midland city are nice but unfortunately the MISD isn't much upgrade over ECISD. I choose greenwood. Have multiple properties in greenwood. Schools are great.

A lot of folks are choosing Greenwood for the school. Grady also has a good school as well.
