Enjoyed the review. I have a ‘23 Niro EV Wave trim. The car does have ipeddle which is full 1 peddle driving, I think you might have missed something in the settings. The CarPlay can also be full screen but is also in the settings.

I certainly missed that! I did use the paddles but it became a chore. Thanks for pointing that out to me! The CarPlay setting I found however, it kept freezing on me, which led me to believe it really didn’t function well.

Yes, if you get in to the appropriate menu screen, you can maximize Car Play. There is a trim level that does provide a power moon roof. There are 4 levels of regenerative braking including single pedal driving. Plus you can use the paddles on the steering wheel to invoke full regeneration. (I found it ironic that you are simultaneously praising the budget price will appointments like heated and cooled leather seats and yet complaining about a sun roof.)

A sunroof is something I just love to have. This particular model had heated seats but no cooled seats. I know that Kia does option in a roof for their vehicles on specific trim levels, I was just expecting it to be an option at the least. The paddles helped but I didn’t want to use those each time unfortunately. It represents a great value still! I’d recommend it to others for sure! Thanks for your comment!!

You plugged in to a free level 2 charger to get the speed, but that's what speed you'd geberally get in a home 240V charger where you'd likely be pkugging in overnight for 10 hours a day anyway.
If you include charge speed in EV reviews you should look up the maximum DC charge rate and then use a DC fast charger that is at least able to output what the vehicle can handle.

Thanks for your comment! That’s what I knew going into it. The only thing was the app I used let me know that it was a medium speed charging station, so I was expecting it be a little bit faster. All in all it wasn’t awful.
