A moth is a new player :) usually someone with the starter/ brown cape but can also include people who don’t yet know the ins and outs of the game or have taken long breaks in the game. I believe there is a sort of unspoken rule that you’re not a veteran until around 1 year+ of playing and in between moth and veteran you’re a buff moth.
I always ask them what type of area they're currently at in terms of making new progress, then go from there lol
I always accidentally drop the office bomb on them and they’re like “what’s office?” and I’m like “oh no I messed up” 😂
