I bet it's pretty close in weight to a 1st gen coyote, but definitely less aftermarket support. As far as I know he has a stock unported intake manifold. I'd bet it weighs 3400-3500lb. Max
@@nickadkins7765 you’re definitely wrong these cars were around 3700 hundred pounds. Idk why’d you think it’d weigh the same as a mustang when it’s a sedan plus it’s a more luxury vehicle. So even if this car has weight reduction my initial thought still holds true, especially considering that the mustang guys definitely like to take weight out of their cars (even if they never mention those mods).
3700lbs if you remove the jack, spare tire, passenger seat, and lighter wheels. Our race track (Heartland in Topeka, KS) has a scale; I was at 1/2 tank of fuel, jack, and spare tire removed, and my car still weighed over 3800 lbs.
@@lpacalypse they are around 3700lb with just the rear seats deleted, and trunk stuff removed like you mentioned. Drag pack/lighter wheels and removing the passenger seat is good for another 100lb which would put it at the 3600lb mark with those things mentioned

Is there a reason you want you keep the OEM weight? I know it’s not a full drag car but with no air bags, head unit, speakers, sunroof delete , etc you’ll touch the 10s
