Has no one else noticed that the daycare attendants endo is put together in a similar way to the mimics, the teeth being the closet thing between the two cause on both the teeth are individually attached and can move separately

Yes. I believe "FNAFandFriends" pointed this out in their Easter eggs video.
They do have similar teeth visually, but Mimic's teeth move more like a human's set of teeth would. They don't individually move up and down like the Daycare Attendant's.
Eclipse was a name that the fans came up with. I’m glad steel wool used the name.
Also, Eclipses voice was originally supposed to be Bonnie’s voice if you didn’t know.
Your theory is very interesting, but if Eclipse is the bad guy pretending to be good, why would sun want to be rebooted and thank Cassie when Eclipse takes her out of the daycare?

i feel like the eclipse we see in the arcade machine is 1 side of eclipse.
an eclipse that gets blocked out by the moon making an evil eclipse
so the eclipse we see in ruin is the main eclipse the one who blocks out the moon
Two tidbits of interesting information/observations about the Daycare Attendants.
One there are unused lines talking about "an animatronic retrieval unit which was fatal to humans if accidentally snatched"; I've seen lots of people theorizing that's Moon, and that's why he drags Freddy off to parts and service.
Secondly, another reason for the torn apart endoskeletons in the ruined Daycare Attendant's room is, he's missing his original right leg and may have used scraps from the endos to fix himself.
There's one problem with that: if he is evil, why wasn't Sun afraid of him like Moon? He seemed to even want to bring him back. And why didn't Moon just let Cassie reboot her? If Moon is under the Mimic's control, why does he wanna kill Cassie instead of letting her continue what she was doing like you said Eclipse did?
I definiely believe there is more stuff behind this character... there are some weird things about him and details that don't fit with the rest of the story. Even in HW2 there's a few strange connections with Sun and Moon with Vanny and the virus

It still bothers me because I’ve always loved eclipses, they looked intimidating but there’s nothing malicious about them
And boy, the color purple doesn’t sound royalty as usual (almost looks like an unhinged yandere)
Edit: Moon only plays as the villain and was only doing what Vanny ordered them too, right now if this is true, then someone needs to save them

I think the only reason Mimic wants to to repair the daycare attendant is because well he needs a way out and if Cassie dies by Moon, how will Mimic escape also I think Eclipse is just completely nice only reason being is because the Eclipse we see in the arcade is a Total Eclipse and well the arcade machines have a connection to the glitchtrap virus/mimic original code
Edit: I also think since Eclipse was deactivated for so long his ai is able to pick up that the place is destroyed but can detect danger in the daycare just like how Helpi can’t detect that the pizzaplex is destroyed
I haven't seen anyone discussing it, but in the Fazerblast from HW2 there's a literal eclipsed moon on the nightsky. And it's one of few games that happen outside, being the other one [and only one as far as I know] the carrousel one with Moon.
And i've seen some theories about it being related to the Fallfest and the misterious 70s lore we dont really know anything about, relating it to the mimc endos, and even claiming he's the original "malfunctioning" animatronic.
I'm not sure if you've been told this before, but your voice kinda sounds like Razzbowski"s, which I think is really cool.
5:53 cassy doesn't deactivate any animatronics, clip in video is easter egg of chica getting her voice box back and roxy is only temporarily shut down as she comes back to fight the mimic

I do think eclipse was the original personality when they put him in the e daycare, but the glitchtrap virus force him off and kept him split into sun and moon, one kind and one that more loyal
Tbh eclipse is friendly he only kicked cassie out of the daycare because the daycare and the entire building is dangerous

@@goteamslugs the building has been abandoned for a long time since Gregory and Vanessa left and that's when the building because it was dangerous and not to mention it got destroyed during the Earth quake

another thing...the daycare is the only safe place in the entire pizzaplex left...ENDOS WHERE OUTSIDE OF THE DAYCARE. ECLIPSE KNEW ABOUT THE DANGER.

I think Sun isn't a villain, obviously, but Moon is. Whether or not he is because he's evil is debatable, I think he's just hard programmed to always BE the villain - and keeps up that appearance.
But that makes him so easy for Vanessa to manipulate, she could be asking him to do things and convincing him it's all just another theatre show, etc.
Eclipse is a bit unsettling, because sure, the Sun feels more comfortable not having to fight to be the dominant personality, it does mean Moon has almost "won."
Eclipse could be like a third personality rather than the two, but still, why would the mimic want him reset? And the purple! Yes, evil colour theory!!!
I still adore Sun though, you can't change my mind 😭❤️

Isn't there a audio that was removed from the game talking about a malfunctioning animatronic and precautions where going to be taken. I believe it was supposed to show up before moon takes Freddy. I don't know if it's a rumor or not.
I feel like that eclipse from ruin is a partial solar eclipse cuz of their cookie bite shape face where there's like a banana shaped Sun and circle like a moon on their face

I bet that there’s a connection between the mimic and the daycare attendant, perhaps a surviving mimic-line animatronic that was reused for theatre and then made the daycare attendant?

I'm gonna be honest you know how in security Breach you know how Freddy was in safe mode well what if sun moon are in safe mode when they turn into eclipse so it's theoretically possible if you keep the daycare attendant in safe mode moon can just no longer be in the series
you can just call Eclipse a partial solar eclipse cuz the Sun half of eclipse is shaped like the moon while the moon half is shaped completely like a circle or a gibbous moon
Eclipse to be "whole" where is day, but is dark, living in peace without night overpowering to sleep, coz is day. Idk how else to explain.. maybe will tell at the end but don't want to wait

It’s still strangely curious … why would anyone liked the idea of an Eclipse being a frightening experience?
(Almost reminds me of how in the novel version of _The Jungle Book_ the character Kaa is good while in the Walt Disney Kaa is a minor villain and just wants to eat Mowgli, tragic don’t you think?)

Eclipse literally kills You in balloon World and leaves you out to die instead of helping cassie or letting her in the daycare for some time
