Also got one longgg rib. Marbling looks good though. Little frustrated with the beef plate ribs in general though. I attempted to buy beef plate ribs like Chris has in this video a couple months ago. The girl behind the counter was confused, she brought someone else over, and I thought he understood. Then he brought back 6 individually cut short ribs. I took them out of frustration but I would love to know what wording I need to use to get 3 beef plate ribs all in one piece. Let us all know! Love the meats. Thanks.
I agree with the other comments. Mine looked nothing like this, am also not renewing the steak if the month club. This last 6 months was underwhelming.
Wish mine looked like that. Like others, mine was one long one that was mostly fat, not even marbling. I’ve been sadly disappointed with the steak of the month selections this go around. I am not sure I will renew.
The one I got was one long short rib cut in half, not a rack of 3 with the thick meat layer on top

I got 2 small single short ribs. Certainly not enough for a full meal so I feel your pain. Looks nothing like the cut in the video
Yea, that looks nothing like the one I got. Really was looking forward to the short ribs, instead got one long with not alot of meat.
