Pro tip: If you’re not a re-seller, watch for the resellers to sort through their initial grabs (at the bins). They inspect it carefully and if there’s a button missing they throw it back. If you know how to remove stains or sew buttons on or repair small rips, you can get cool stuff!

Not really possible in most of the states. He’s in Texas they got rag houses there that are open to the pubic in Dallas. And also I think mr Cantu has special access as well.
Create one friend! Make a storage unit. Set up a drop off location. Post ads/printouts around your area looking for donations of old clothing. These places literally live off people driving over their SUVs full of garbage bags and plastic bins with old clothing they don't wear/doesn't fit anymore + other goods. My family did this yearly throughout my childhood. Just set up an exact time every week to offer drop off collections. You could even get to the point where you can cover multiple areas by having strategically placed lockboxes (like book drop offs) where people dump off their clothes from different towns. "Every Wednesday and Sunday between 2-7pm drop offs can be made"
In America, it is encouraged because you are granted tax write offs with receipt from every thrift donation. Plus, as the founding fathers of mass consumerism, hoarding, and stuff buying is in our DNA, many people feel encouraged to replace old things with the shiny new ones. Start small and build it up!
