We have it seen it work to develop confidence and muscle memory in players, hundreds of them in fact. Most players do not get the chance to receive quality serves everyday. This machine gives that opportunity to individual players and teams.
Still wouldn't mind having one of these machines in my back yard and have 250 balls served at me head height every afternoon. Get some good consistent repition of serves with this and it can help train a goalkeeper's handling. Could just get my mom to sit with me in the backyard for 20 minutes a day working on my handling. Would be so useful.
Goalkeepers would be better off buying a kick ball the elasticated training ball look at the videos i;v posted to see young players in action with a kick ball
