We are all connected to the greater consciousness system, and the ego gets in the way of our evolution, our growing up. After all this is a school for individuated units of consciousness and we'll all here to grow and evolve into love

its a bit confusing because it looks like Barry Long is getting emotional ?
Maybe the description of " emotional " needs to be more clearly defined ?

Barry states that anyone can make instant changes by decision alone. That never worked for me. Understanding and change for me is gradual, being more conscious stage by stage, from little changes in opening up the mind, then the heart - stopping contracting (to defend a seperated self). My experience is first to understand then live a new reality by deconstructing the I, then reconstructing Being. That way seems permanent.

Does he state that? Barry also taught the way of listening - and forgetting. To listen to the truth, again and again, in my own experience, let it sink in in the moment, and then not think about it afterwards. This way the subconscious change will occur gradually, not just the formation of concepts and thinking.

Barry your more important then jesus christ(if he was even real) because you talk of the truth of love between man and woman and sex from love. No other master does this practically and with just western terms.
    I love you

      Don't feed it.
Stop replenishing the fire and the flame diminishes.
      What's the fuel?
      Thought.
      Thinking about what you want.
      Remove your thinking.
      How?
      Remove the thinker.
      How?
      Keep quiet.
      Don't try.
      Don't do anything.
