I preordered the collector’s version (complete with cdi-style controller) out of morbid amusement and curiousity. Seems I made a good investment lol. The idea of a piece of internet kitsch like CDi Link getting a sequel is kinda heartwarming in a way.
What a great combo it was too watch Vic's interview with the creator then watch a great play through of this crazy game. Very cool that it exists, especially (and I would have thought exclusively) for anyone familiar with those CDI Zelda games. 👍👍
If the art was created on an iPad, it would look stunning! There's a new (3rd quarter last year) collectible card game in stores from Disney and Ravensburger, Lorcana. One of the artists that did some of the key art, including the lead Mickey Mouse and Elsa cards art, is a local Vancouverite and does all his art in Procreate for iPad!!

I will never play this but i love that you covered it!
Want to play it just to those cut scenes.
Bowser's Sourpuss Bread FTW 🤣

Very cool, gotta love a passion project
Love this game. Beat it 100%. The fan remasters of the Zelda CD-I games are quite decent and worthy of checking out. Hope to see more games like this.
Excellent recommendation
