Honestly i think the wind plays a bigger role the the harmonics of the average person's barrel. Not till your looking at 1+mile shots then you even need to take the Earth's rotation into play.
I can tell you "tunners" even its a simple sleeve with a set screw on a 22 RF will make a difference on grouping. Now this is with single lots of ammo thats beeen sorted by weight and rim thickness. This was in the early to mid 1990's that we did this during the hey day of BR50 and NBRSA
