You get a + A specified number of pluses and you can exchange them for a grade. 3 pluses in my math class for example gives u 5 (an A I think. We use numbers. 6-the best 1-the worst) But if you have 3 pluses you can also exchange them for three 3's. I like it.
Now after second though I think it's only my math class lol.
Also, teacher is so cool that if you go to board and u solve the problem incorrectly u still get +
