Thank you for watching! I think this deck is pretty solid vs Landstill, since a curve of Mom into Meddling Mage on Wrath can be lights out. However, I think the Parfair matchup is quite bad, especially since the "hammers" you have access to for the control style matchup (especially Parallax Tide) don't do too much vs Parfait. And they have so many cards you need to worry about (Tax, Rack, Oath, Plow...)
@@fpawluszmtg Its a great deck. I'm going to try and main it for a bit. I've played a few matches against Parfait in paper and none of them have felt close. Meddling Mage is the best card in that match-up but its still doesn't feel great. As good as Aura of Silence can be, it feels too slow and is hit by their Aura of Silence. I'm considering replacing them with two Disenchant or one Disenchant and one Cleansing Meditation.
@@pmuenks1 Cleansing Meditation is a good one for sure, I think it's quite solid vs Parfait specifically (but it doesn't have that many uses besides that one, unfortunately.)
I really like the deck, It looks like a Real MR deck with a fair amount of unfairness. I will try a WUG version with a playset of Quirion Dryad, 2 Mystic Enforcer and maybe a Sylvan Library. I dont like the Silver Knight and want to find out if the Dryad can grow big enough in a deck like this.
It's a deck without cantrips and with multiple 4+ drops, so I am not too high on Dryad. I do think adding G will be much easier than adding R, like the Patriot decks are doing, so that angle is worth exploring!
Well, you have plenty of WW and UU requirements in your mana, and Coastal Tower is a painless source that helps to cover all of those. I don't think there are any other options, and literally no better land to play on turn 1 in most scenarios.
That's fine, the deck wants to draw lands (it wants to make land drops up til turn 4 at least). Also the lands have a bit of utility between Dust Bowl and Factory. Adding a medium card like Looter will make the deck worse overall, imo

Nice! What do you think about the UWR Version of this deck with the 3/4 angel with flying and haste?
It has horrendous mana, but if you manage to draw your lands in the right order and don't get Wastelanded/Ported it's actually a pretty strong deck.
