Helpful Trick- make sure to wash your brush after spreading out a color or else your entire painting is gonna be navy blue

I just started painting tonight. This was the second painting I attempted and I’m really happy that I could do this. I just finished the book Contact and wanted to do something space. This reminded me of growing up in the mountains. Thanks for sharing this tutorial!

This was the perfect thing to do for 2 amateurs on a date night. He chose different colors, but I stuck to the video. Only thing is, regular masking tape won’t work, you’ve got to use a special kind to make sure it doesn’t bleed like mine did. Otherwise great results!
To help with the bleeding paint white along the edge first so the color that bleeds is the white or whatever color your canvas is

You can put a sticker under the painting and when its done u can pell it and its a circle then u can leave it or paint over it carefully

Um...Yeah. My granddaughter & I are painting tomorrow & I was looking for something a crafty, talented 6 year old girl could do. This painting is just lovely & I’ll have a go with it myself, but I shall have to continue looking for something for her.

I'm 8 and my dad is gonna by me acrylic paints today and I used to be very bad but if she gives up tell her to be brave and when she grows up she will be the best artist ever

We ended up doing a "pour" painting where she was able to blow on the paint with a straw & move it around and making a big fun mess! 😊 We used a very large canvas and 6 different "metallic" colours. It ended up looking like a gorgeous sandy beach whilst the sun goes down! ☀️

I just completed this painting and it turned out pretty nice except for my moon. But it turned out pretty good being that I just started painting 3 weeks ago! your work is amazing!!!
im gonna let it dry (the hardest part sometimes) then make a round 'moon' cut-out of thin paper. hold it down on painting and paint it.

Seeing how the pine trees were done your way actually made it look so easy. I've tried painting pine trees before but they always looked bad even when I looked up tutorials. I also liked the blending done here.
My mother got me some of those clay figurines for Christmas, the ones for kids, and I gave them a full make over. 😂 I've been done remodeling the shark but I wanted to paint it a galaxy theme but I can't quite decide how. I've done galaxy paintings before but this is a clay shark and not as easy for me. I'm thinking of using dark and light purple (purple is my favorite color), and then some darker blue and some baby blue. The teeth, eyes, and scars will be gold and the belly white.
The other clay is a unicorn and its had a complete remodel.
