Places that sell doujin goods are likely to have these. With most of these places you need either a proxy buying service or a shipping forwarding service unless you live in Japan.
Actually, Akiba Hobby does have an international online store. Their USD prices seem to be a bit inflated over their JPY equivalent, which is also more than it costs to just go buy them in the store itself. I paid about $13 USD in store when online the same CD costs $17.85 + shipping online from their international store. There doesn't seem to be an option to pay in Yen either. Then again, I wouldn't let that stop me from ordering anything. They really do have some great stuff there.

I was on RUclips on multiple devices between now and 3 days ago and I never got notified for the first reply, I just now got a pop-up on my laptop about the message which was sent by you 4 hours ago. @@mr.snoyboy3903 No problem. The Baguettes link to the Yahoo Akiba Hobby store, so I just assumed that they only sold stuff through Yahoo. Admittedly, I didn't do much digging. I actually found out about their actual website from the flyer they stuck in my bag. Unfortunately, only vocaloid volumes 2 and 3 are in stock. These are fairly old and I don't know how likely it is for them to get more in stock. There's always the used route, but even them they seem a little scarce. That said, they have plenty of other great albums even if you don't know the source material.
