Did you earn all extra attribute caps, by filling up the doin work bar repeatedly, I am now at 95 myself with 1 attribute bar left, but I have a lot of more attribute bars to earn to pass 95 overall rating, I have few more things to max out

Pretty sure you need to keep doing practices to unlock the extra attribute upgrades.
You have to unlock the upgrades at the park, at least that's what I've heard
I have been doing practices and when it says you've unlocked an attribute slop it doesn't show up in the store anymore. ....
I still have plenty more slots left....it's just I keep filling the bar and seeing the unlock message but go into the store to not have it....so it's a mystery to me so that's why I asked
