We had no issues getting the vehicle aligned. The front spacers are offset to correct the camber and caster. You still have to have the toe adjusted of course.
Would need to see it with a bigger tire setup to see if the proportions look good. I’d love to lift mine but I’m worried a big enough tire to look good won’t fit
I don't plan on doing heavy off-roading, just mainly National parks light trails with the wife and two small dogs. So I just one size up on the tires to 275/65 R18 Toyo Cross Country. It has the right proportion look. And I gain about an inch in height with the new tires. Best of both worlds.

What the point of this lift its just cosmetic look when you have to do sub framer drop you don't gain any clearance like you do with body on frame trucks suvs you are still sitting on same height as before the lift
Did you know that when you lift a jeep wrangler, the differentials stay the same distance from the ground? By your logic you don’t gain clearance lifting a Jeep. Why do it? Approach break over and depart angles my friend. Plus the lift allows fitting larger tires, which DOES add clearance under the differentials.

Seriously, the 23 Pilot TrailSport need a 4.5 Inch lift, this car is SUPER capable, 4.5 inches will make it a rock crawler
