    This is quite the pallet cleanser from all of the Aussie “Aye dohn’t Faking knOh, ya cook eet, I guess” level content I’ve come across so far. Been trying to figure out how to harvest the camellia I got recently, and this has been the most informative video I’ve seen- hands down

    How do they prevent oxidation? How did they maintain the tea leaves green?

      they applied heat through the steaming process which deactivates the enzyme oxidase and prevents oxidation

    When is the best time to harvest for green tea, white tea and black tea?

      not sure about white or black tea but Japanese green tea is best harvested right around now, Late March to mid-april
