There is no back yard or garden for the children to play in. Just a concrete building. The more I watch these villas in Dubai on RUclips, they are really not worth the money. For this price, it should be way more than this.

Dubai is attractive to people with a certain level of education and the following - needs: I want to park my money, I want to have pharmacies with a selection everywhere, I want to live at EU level, I want 3 x large bathrooms, with brand names, I want a large show fitted kitchen in which I serve Italian mineral water, I want a second kitchen for the very dirty preparation of food. A towel-sized lawn with always green, smooth artificial turf, a large street nearby, food delivery service, a restaurant with very good reviews that can deliver original pizza, original sushi and original EU food.

Ich erkläre meine Bedenken bezüglich einer Investition in Dubai und hoffe, dass du als Experte und Betreiber dieses Kanals mir logische Argumente liefern kannst, damit ich meine Ängste überwinden kann. Zum Beispiel sprechen wir in Deutschland über Enteignungen, aber trotzdem haben wir ein ausgeprägtes Rechtssystem. Ist es in Dubai möglich, dass der Staat Enteignungen vornimmt? Ehrlich gesagt sehe ich in Dubai ein größeres Risiko bezüglich Enteignungen als in Deutschland. Ich war in Dubai und empfand, dass es dort kein adäquates Rechtssystem gibt, das Schutz gegen die Regierung bietet. Zum Beispiel haben sie die Steuern jetzt auf 9% erhöht. Angenommen, Dubai hat in 15 Jahren finanzielle Probleme, wie aktuell, und entscheidet, 10% der Immobilien zu beschlagnahmen. Wie kann ich mich gegen die Regierung wehren? Gibt es Möglichkeiten, sich abzusichern, beispielsweise durch Versicherungen? Ich bitte um eine ernsthafte Antwort. Vielen Dank! LG Max
