I wonder if they'll one day come up with the magic to get rid of that crease. I like the idea, but imo even in 2024, it needs work, more r&d. I've always loved the Moto phones, including this one. But as things are, I'd almost sooner look at that small outer screen than the main one. And I've harped on this, too, not just for Moto, but just about every phone that came out since the iPhone 10. They had to follow Apple's false lead and blemish the screen with some notch or teardrop or cutout. Plus, the Android makers just had to play copycat with removing the headphone jack and removing sd storage. Imho, it's bad enough when Apple does something stupid, or stubbornly fails to implement a needed feature (like external storage). I expect that sort of behavior from them. But when the others follow along, it's a bit depressing.
I have a fondness for Motorola's phones from the ethos they inherited from Google's brief ownership and being the first mainstream company to release useable budget phones... But they dedinitely have had problems as far as support since Lenovo took over
