Watching Around You now that loona's fanbase increased so much It really feel like a hidding gem. Most fans now are just here because of KimLip and Jinsoul designated styles and dont really care for the first bach of the group and that breaks my heart to the point thay writing this had got me to tears. I really loved their initial style, these sligtly melancolic/bittersweet songs like Around You, Let Me In and My Melody/Sunday make me feel so good and I can actually relate to the girls backstory in the MVs with Hyunjin being a lonely girl, Haseul being the girl that brings rain wherever she goes.. it adds so much to this hole LOONAVERSE thing and dont let these hole idea fall apart. Around You have a special place in my heart for both the locations, the vibe, Hyunjin's actuation... it feels like when you meet again with a old friend and you just happy to have their company next to you. I love people supporting KimLip and Jinsoul, they've made an amazing job and got to work with some of LOONA's best songs yet but I just wished people would remember the first members and show them the same amount of love 💟

And one of the main and final scenes in that MV was the dessert, one of the most remarkable landscapes of Utah. Maybe that's why she did that cameo, because she was trying to give her location - with those letters - to the three girls that came directly from the moon, and were already lost on Earth trying to look for the other members... who knows 😯😯

Idk why, but this MV is the most aesthetically pleasant imo. Reminds me of summer afternoons and the piano parts reminds me of walking in the snow with this feeling of emptiness. I think you have an aptitude of feeling things in a music which are not apparent. This is my favourite LOONA song, if I really have to choose only one song. I feel lots of LOONA songs are like that. Everyday I Love You is also a pure/innocent love song with the layers of nostalgia and sadness, Rendezvous 18.6y is a winter song with a sense of warmth reminiscing late spring/early summer etc. Rain 51db seems to be a straightforward retro ballad but it also has this eerie or haunting sense of beauty, especially when coupled with the MV. I definitely feel emptiness/loneliness in Around You as well. The MV augments these feelings and makes me wonder if HyunJin is really there in that town or not. Maybe all we see is what stray cats see as they roam the town, and HyunJin's presence there is just a mirage. Or all of these are part of a dream, like Go Won's One&Only which could be just the dreams of the butterflies as they endlessly fly in the halls of Eden. Most LOONA songs can take one to different places.

100k for this masterpiece, thank you everyone ! I will always remember watching this for the first time. I was dealing with depression and anxiety and it meant so much for me. I guess this MV can have a lot of meanings but for me seeing her as a girl-cat, I felt like it talked about the alienation of loneliness and how hard it can be to be different from the others even though you know you're being your true self (hyunjin being a cat in a world of humans) i will never forget the first time i watched this first mini film
