Madam, with all due respect you've spoiled this igbo recipe. Akidi is not cooked like "porridge ". A na agwo akidi agwo n'ala igbo similar to preparing abacha...

@@co6429 Sorry.... but I refuse to get off your narrow mind. Useikwu Igbo is more than a cooking channel. It's a showcase of Igbo tradition and thereby should stick to originality. I am a perfectionist by nature, I wish I could help it...
However, why didn't the cook tell us right at the beginning of her intention to use a different method in preparing her own version of the dish.?
So stop filling in the blank spaces when no one has given you options of answers.
