    Very well presented. I'm doing this journey in October so delighted to see this video.

      Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. If you get the front seats that's brilliant, but there will be good views from any seat really - I just need the front ones for my videos. I really recommend the trip from Bergen to Ålesund as well - it's twice as long but it's even more scenic and 3 ferries. ruclips.net/video/9s4XquIBNGM/видео.html I'm just editing the video from this year's trip from Bergen to Stavanger which should be online in a few days

    That was a very well made video, and that road sign function was cool.
    Definitely my fastest trip between these two cities. 😁

      Thanks Tom, glad you enjoyed it. They take a long time to edit, so pleased you liked the stop sign feature. Check out my brand new (yesterday) video of the same trip in reverse, but a year later. ruclips.net/video/9J5jIBpX3y8/видео.html We've just come back from Norway and I've some other exciting trips to do - I'm on with an epic nearly 11 hour panoramic bus trip Bergen to Ålesund - a long detour on single track roads made it even more interesting but added well over an hour!

      Yes, it's so good, we did it again a year later! It's worth paying extra for the panoramic seats. I've a video of that too, as well ruclips.net/video/NzEQWQ7fExI/видео.html as the beautiful trip from Bergen to Ålesund by bus ruclips.net/video/9s4XquIBNGM/видео.html (both of them are in real time as well as hyperlapse)

    Nice smooth video! I like your comments on the route and how you show the signs. Makes it easy to follow. Also the up-high perspective from the bus is cool.

      Thanks Gustav. The bus is great because there's no vehicle in the frame. I have to crop my car ones to widescreen to get rid of the car altogether.

    150 - 300 mph. Fantastic! No wonder I get dizzy watching this video. Any other stupid ideas for a video?

    When was this filmed? Hoping our trip in March 2024 ill not see it all tunneled ...

      Hi. It was filmed in July 2022. Note I've just posted a new one filmed in June 2023 ruclips.net/video/9J5jIBpX3y8/видео.html
      There is 1 section that has been replaced by tunnels, near to Bergen (The bit from Nesttun that goes over the hill with the Spar supermarket on top). The tunnel was nearly finished last year, but is open this year. The drive is still brilliant, and if you pay a bit extra for the panoramic seats, it makes a huge difference. We also did the trip from Bergen to Alesund and the scenery is even more spectacular on that one, but it's a 9.5 hour journey! I'm editing that video now.

    బాగుంది, కానీ మాములు వేగపు వీడియో కూడా పెట్టండి. (nice, but please upload a normal-speed video also.)

      Thanks. Unfortunately it was shot at 5x hyperlapse so there is no normal speed video. I may film at slower speed in future and speed up in the edit, but it might not be as smooth

    20:50 The strange new car park in the middle of nowhere are there to give peole from the sparsely populated neighborhood a possible to change from privat transport to public transport

      Yes I thought that would be it - like rail stations have commuter car parks, this just does the same for buses. Norway has very sensible ideas.

    Nice video. out of curiosity, who is that girl that appears in several photos on the road?

    • @timsharp
      @timsharp  Год назад +2

      It's a road safety sign that shows half her face blurred as though you might be going too fast. Sorry I don't know who she is. The sign keeps popping up along the road so I've just stopped it wherever it appears.
