Tip: sometimes the device just won't get going. If that happens, it's probably because your skin is dry. So, lick your fingers and dry them on your knee or ankle. It should work fine.

I think to charge $10/mo. is a ripoff.

How is a 30 seconds reading useful. Don’t you need like an hour? What about at night time?

It's Atrial Fibrillation not Arterial Fibrillation

It only measures the currents of the legs”. in order to be able to make a statement about the heart, you also had to measure the rib cage currents.

Exactly which is why I believe this product is complete garbage. Having used both the 1 lea dand 6L version I can say both are trash, guys stop playing with toys, go get REAL ECGs, where actual leads are placed and not some gimmick, I cannot believe how noisy the ECGs are with this rubbish, even the 6L using bluetooth produces very bad looking ECGs, not anywhere close to what a true ECG shows, sometimes the noise is so bad even when following instructions correctly and under best conditions, that sometimes you cannot see important components of the ECG, such as P and Q and S, this product is a joke and I am shocked that this product was cleared by the FDA, some of the noise and artifacts generated in the ECGs using Kardia resemble some heart conditions, it's a TERRIBLE waste of money, I have both the 1 lead and 6L versions, both are terrible and the fact you have to pay to unlock some features is a rip-off in my opinion. There are much better products out there where actual leads are placed on your body, like a true ECG, with results much cleaner !

No charging. It uses a small round wristwatch battery. You can replace the battery when it dies.
