The tip to simply mash the eggs into the potatoes is game-changer for me, as I always used to chop them on cutboard and it is so messy that way -- thank you for that!! Also just a quick comment, hopefully it is helpful: Whenever making pasta, try not to pour from the package directly into a boiling pot. First, pour out your portion into a bowl, then seal the package, and then when ready, pour the pasta from the bowl into the pot. This prevents steam from collecting inside the pasta package and leaving any moisture in the dried pasta. (The bowl can either be wiped and replaced in the cupboard or it can be one you intend using for serving or eating.) Same goes for any dry ingredient to keep it lasting in the cupboard for longer periods.

That is just beautiful! I’m going to try the hanging curtains. Sometimes with too much space we can fill it up with too much stuff! You’re place looks lovely! I don’t know how much your storage bins are, but in the USA those are very expensive. You can cover Amazon delivery boxes with old cloth for a similar storage bin.
