Quick & Easy Brioche

Hello, everyone and today I am going to show you how to make the most easiest and fluffiest brioche. The ingredients are listed below, enjoy !
The Dough :
500g Plain Flour
80g granulated sugar
6g salt
12g dried yeast
2 large eggs
200ml warm milk
100g Sofned Butter
Egg wash :
2 tbps milk
1 egg yolk
Covering:
Egg wash
Sprinkles of granulated sugar
