I have never seen a more thorough, crystal clear video of a cooking process. I just love egg rolls and never been ever able to find a really good, concise clear video. This by far is the best. I can't thank you enough Jessica. My wife has gluten free problems and hasn't had egg rolls in many, many years. We use NGMO flours to overcome the gluten problem. If you freeze the egg rolls should you thaw them prior to frying or fry directly from the freezer?
Fry straight from freezer
Do u find it is better to freeze them first then fry?

Yes you can!
I lay them on a sheet pan to freeze. After freezing I either shrink wrap, longer term storage, or put in a ziplock bag. I reheat in my airfryer for about 7 minutes, come out crispy as just fried.
Made them and they are amazing - however I ate to many (it's not important how many I ate).

Egg is apart of the name, but they don't necessarily have to have it. They are just spring rolls with a thicker texture outside
Why do you call the egg rolls when there is no egg in them? We call them spring rolls.
