I can't thank you enough Jessica. My wife has gluten free problems and hasn't had egg rolls in many, many years. We use NGMO flours to overcome the gluten problem. This is day 2 of my vegan journey. I can't wait to make these for dinner tonight. Would it be ideal to freeze these after cooking? Thanks for your time!!!
I lay them on a sheet pan to freeze. After freezing I either shrink wrap, longer term storage, or put in a ziplock bag. I reheat in my airfryer for about 7 minutes, come out crispy as just fried.
I'm not that into cooking, but stare at this girl's exquisitely beautiful face while learning to cook better??? I think I can "tolerate" that. WOW, Jessica is so pretty.
