I’m also at a loss as to why that is! He’s a phenomenal actor, the emotion and passion he brings to each and every performance is rare in my opinion. I’ve loved absolutely everything he’s been in and I would never have described myself as a ‘fan girl’ of anyones before I discovered Colin as Merlin…then I sought out everything he’d ever been in and was further blown away!

@@clairesimons3026 He hates fame. And honestly...I'm here for it. He can't stand celebrity culture because he's a deep, old soul and it shows. He hasn't done ANY press for the Belfast film (2021) and it got so many awards and was critically acclaimed if not commercially and I don't doubt that was probably an active choice on his part. He just doesn't like fame. I love this man.

He's good where he is. We don't want him being corrupted by Hollywood and the likes. We love him and will continue to follow and support his career. With more fame comes more opportunities to ruin you life.

I agree with you. He is brilliant because of who he is. He doesn't love the recognition so much. But he appreciates the love of his fans. He just wants to be a normal human being. I have never come across any actor like him. Acting is his job. He gives 110% for anything he does finish it and go home then come back for another job. That's it. That's how he likes it. Having said that acting is not just a mare job either. He learns so much from each role. He lives in his role and experiences life through it. He learn about psychological aspects of each character and seeks what the role can bring to his own life. He is so wise. This is what i feel, after watching and listening to his interviews. Love him so much for who he is. He is absolutely precious!
