I saw the size of the chicken and as soon as he said 30 minutes at 350 degrees, I knew it was going to be under cooked. Having a thermometer is handy in a kitchen. Temp it and if it says anything under 165-f for poultry you got a lawsuit or a death on your hands. That is just common knowledge for any "chef."

Restaurant standards is 165 for security protocols, and 148 to 165 really doesn't change the taste in the chicken at all.
Eating chicken at earlier temps than 165 isn't a guaranteed death sentence as you portray. Yes, it's bad but get real. It's a CHANCE. With that said... good god I can't believe he even said that as teh blood pooled out...

Air fryers are nothing more than a small convection oven so yea they are useless if you have a convection or hell even a regular oven.
Air frying isnt a cooking method, you're just baking..
mixwell1983 they’re convection ovens but with a much stronger fan. Essentially, it’s a really hot dehydrator.

WTF he cooked the chicken inside a plastic bag in his oven. Then he said it was great that it was full of pink and red juice (That means it's still raw). Then he recommends to finish cooking it in the microwave for 1 minute. This video demonstrates exactly what not to do. Please don't do anything he does.
You didn't fully season it properly on both sides, so it doesn't look like it has the full flavor its supposed to. And, its wet because its not cooked fully. Its not any issue with the McCormick product. If you add the specified amount of chicken and veggies, and let it cook longer all the moisture is retained and there is a bit of "gravy" from the broth, but that's good. This is a fail.
I have bought this several times. Should have used smaller pieces of chicken. leg quarters take longer
Not only is the bagged chicken so raw its still running around but the other one has so much seasoning on it that it dried out and fossilised.

You under cooked the chicken. You should have cooked it for a minimum of 1 hour.

Sorry Jack, but you are fired. Serving a raw chicken is very dangerous, no matter if it's just a little bit raw.
When you cook vegetables in bag, water stays in the veggies. But when you cook them like you would normally do, water evaporates and you concentrate the flavor and sweetens.

I LOVE the bag n seasons. I use them for pork chops, roast, and chicken. I have a son with severe Autism so time is important and the bag n seasons are just so quick and clean up is a breeze.
