How to adjust wiper on Premier Compact and Tilting wet grinder

How to adjust wiper inside the drum of a Premier Wet grinder.
Tool: 13mm spanner (10mm for Premier Wonder Grinder)
There should be a small gap between the wiper and the stainless steel drum, otherwise it will cause a loud rubbing noise. The gap should be as small as possible about 1 to 2 mm away from the wall. If the gap is too large the the grinding efficiency will suffer.
